Një ndërhyrje artistike e Blerta Kambo sjell një dialog mes trashëgimisë dhe shëndetit publik, duke transformuar përkohësisht figurën e gruas në qendër të mozaikut — simbol i Shqipërisë — në një imazh solidariteti me gratë që përballen me kancerin e gjirit.
E realizuar me të njëjtat tesera te restaurimit origjinal, vepra vendoset mbi mozaikun pa e dëmtuar, si një shtrese që flet për guximin dhe shpresën.
Instalacioni do të qëndrojë për 12 ditë, si dedikim për 1 në 12 gra që diagnostikohen me kancer ne gji.
The sun of the following day
An artistic intervention by Blerta Kambo that creates a dialogue between heritage and public health, temporarily transforming the female figure at the center of the mosaic — the symbol of Albania — into an image of solidarity with women facing breast cancer.
Created with the same tesserae and craftsmanship used in the original restoration, the work is placed over the mosaic without causing any damage, as a new layer that speaks of courage and hope.
The installation will remain on view for 12 days, as a dedication to 1 in 12 women who are diagnosed with breast cancer.
